Shipping policy

Items that are in stock, in our store will ship in 1-2 business days via USPS Media Mail usually, but we may substitute carrier at our discretion. If there is a carrier you are particularly adverse to, please drop a note in your order and we will not use that carrier for your order. Items that are not in stock, in our store will never be fulfilled by a third party, so please allow 7-10 business days for us to fulfill and ship those items. It would likely never take that long. We make a great effort to make sure we can fulfill the items we have available on our website. If we discover that we don't have something we think we do, or can't get something we thought we could, we will reach out to you right away to see if you'd like to wait it out, or take a refund.
