Shipping Policy

All vinyl records sold through endlessound are new and factory-sealed unless otherwise noted. We ship orders directly from our independent record store in St. Helens, Oregon.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $99.

• Orders under $99 ship for a $6.95 flat rate.

• Orders are generally shipped via USPS Media Mail, although we may use another carrier when appropriate.

• If you have a strong preference to avoid a particular carrier, please leave us a note with your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When Will My Order Ship?

When an item is marked In Stock, it means the item is physically available in our store and ready for us to fulfill.

We make every effort to keep our online inventory accurate. Before we capture payment, we verify that we can fulfill your order.

In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 business days after your order has been verified.

If we discover that an item is unavailable or that we can't fulfill part of your order as expected, we'll contact you before charging your payment method to let you know what happened and discuss your options.

Items Not Currently In Stock

Some items on our website may be available to order even though they are not physically in our store at the time you place your order.

We never use third-party fulfillment. These orders are fulfilled directly by endlessound and generally require 7–10 business days before shipping. In most cases, we expect them to ship sooner.

Before capturing payment, we'll verify that we can obtain and fulfill these items.

Local Pickup

If you're local, you can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.
