Ordering Online

Is everything listed as "In Stock" actually in the store?

Generally, yes. When an item is marked In Stock, it means we have it physically available at the store and ready to fulfill. There are many records on our site that aren't in stock. They're clearly indicated as not in stock, in the store, and take 7-10 days to fulfill.

Because we're a brick-and-mortar record store and our inventory can change throughout the day, an occasional inventory discrepancy can happen. We do our best to keep our online inventory accurate.

Before capturing payment, we verify that we can fulfill your order.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders generally ship in stock items within 1–2 business days after we verify that we can fulfill your order. 7-10 days on items that we don't have in the store.

Every order ships directly from endlessound records in St. Helens, Oregon.

Do you charge my card before verifying my order?

No.

We verify that we can fulfill your order before capturing payment.

If we discover that an item is unavailable or cannot be obtained as expected, we'll contact you before charging your payment method.

What happens if you can't fulfill something I ordered?

If there's a problem with an item in your order, we'll contact you as soon as we discover it.

We'll give you the option to wait while we try to obtain the item. If we're unable to fulfill it, you won't be charged for the unavailable item.

Do you use a third-party fulfillment company?

No.

Orders are fulfilled directly by the endlessound records team in our St. Helens store.

What if an item isn't physically in the store?

Some items on our website may be available to order even though they aren't currently in the store.

These items are still fulfilled directly by endlessound. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for us to obtain and ship them, although they will often ship sooner.

As with our in-stock items, we verify that we can obtain the item before capturing payment.
