All Sales Final on Vinyl Due to the nature of vinyl records, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a pressing defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery on our Contact Page with:
- A photo of the damage or defect
- Your order number
We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Condition Disclaimer All media sold on our site are new/ sealed. Used/open records are sold on Discogs only and are graded and described accurately in the listing. Please review condition notes before purchasing. And please go to our Discogs store to resolve rturns there, if you purchased there.
In-Store Pickup Items inspected at pickup are considered accepted. Please check your order before leaving the store.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges on opened records.
Free Shipping Orders Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
