Return & Refund Policy

Sealed / Unopened Items We accept returns on sealed, unopened records within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unplayed condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a pressing defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery via our Contact Page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Opened Records All sales are final on opened vinyl records. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened media.

In-Store Pickup Items inspected at pickup are considered accepted. Please check your order before leaving the store.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
